Shipping
All 2008 products ordered prior to December 10th, 2008 will be shipped on or before December 15, 2008.
Please allow 5 Business days for shipping of all competition videos prior to 2008.
All items will be shipped to the address provided by the coustomer at checkout or on the mailed in order form. Please be sure to fill out all the information correctly and accurately to avoid any delay in shipping.
Returns
All items must be approved for return by Pinwheel Productions prior to return.
All items must be in proper condition of use to reward the return. No damaged or mistreated items will be accepted.
There may be a 20% restocking fee applied for returned items. Depending on terms.
