Please follow care instructions on products. All products have different care instructions and are specific to each product. All video related products should be handled with care and are not ment to be mistreated. For best and proper playback of videos, try to avoid touching play side of disc with fingers or other objects. Keep disc clean as possible for best quality playback. If disc for some reason is not playing or has error problems please contact Pinwheel Productions immediately to resolve problem. Some older DVD players (previous 2003) may or sometimes have problems playing DVD's with certain codec's.
